Rule of law supporting Institute “EU PERSPEKTIVA“ Skopje

MISSION

As professionals with governmental careers and life experience in institutions, we are united and determined to support the administrative and decision-making capacities of the law enforcement agencies to achieve standards based on the rule of law.
Ready and willing to be actively involved in the initiatives and reform processes, especially related to the approximation, opening and development of accession negotiations for EU membership, such as democracy, justice, freedom and security.

Sashko Kocev

Executive Director

Sashko Kocev has vast experience in the Home Affairs Sector in North Macedonia, including expertise in the development of the Integrated Border Management, programming, implementation and monitoring of IPA projects on national and regional levels. As a certified IPA trainer for public administration, he is well acquainted with project cycle management.
 
Having served as Director of a regional intergovernmental organization (MARRIRC), Mr. Kocev has an excellent knowledge of the EU requirements related to migration, asylum, refugees, and visa policy.Furthermore, actively involved in the response to the migration crisis, he is well awareof the national and regional challenges as well as about the support provided by the EU and otherdonors through national and regional initiatives.
 
Mr. Kocev holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and social policy.

Sali Ramadani

Lawyer

He was born and lives in Skopje, is married and the parent of five children. He has developed a prosperous professional and public career in duties with state responsibility, starting in the civil sector as a promoter of human rights, offering legal assistance to citizens, then he is engaged in the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a legal advisor to the Deputy Minister. He was appointed as the Deputy Secretary General of the Government, then he was appointed as State Secretary in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where for years after the mandate, he held the position of Assistant Minister for European Affairs and International Cooperation and, finally, he was engaged as an advisor to the Director General of MEPSO.
